Brian & Jessica have been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. Brian, who also serves as Executive Chef, graduated from New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He has worked in kitchens all over the United States including the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, MA as well as at Sun Valley Corporation in Idaho. Both he and Jessica have worked running Brian’s Bistro (their first operation) in Rumford for 9 years. An opportunity to buy the restaurant building on Main Street in Bethel in 2016 brought the two back to the quaint ski town where they met. Together with their staff, they welcome you to enjoy freshly prepared cuisine, have a unique cocktail, craft beer or select some delicious wine in Bethel.
